Day 1 of MRM2019 is finally here and it feels like Christmas morning! I am so excited to see all of the hard work from the past year come together. I have served as the Region 3 2019-2020 Midyear Regional Meeting Coordinator and I am so thrilled to be here. I ran for a regional officer position in October of my P1 year at MRM2018 in Memphis, and have spent the last year working together with my fellow regional officers to represent our region and prepare for the biggest student run regional meeting in the country!
To kick off MRM and celebrate the 50th anniversary of APhA-ASP, we decorated the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center head to toe in black and gold!
We are very lucky to have 3 members of the National Executive Committee and several past leaders as well as standing committee members attending MRM this weekend. Our President-Elect Sydney gave the opening address last night.
We gave away some fun prizes to students in attendance.
And heard from former APhA-ASP National President, Dr. Steeb.
