SLI is over for the year and it was so inspiring! I am so lucky to have been able to attend and get to interact with so many passionate leaders from across the country.
This morning we started with another round table session, and this time I led a table about regional officer positions! It’s so fun to see people getting excited about not only representing their chapter but region as well.
We then moved into 3 separate rooms to discuss the primary challenges that we are facing in our chapters including things such as fundraising, membership engagement, and planning chapter meetings.
After a quick MRMC meeting with APhA staff, we finished off the morning with an awe-inspiring speech from President Kelli Jo Welter, one of my personal favorite people ever, about the theme for the year, Fearlessly Authentic.
What an amazing weekend in DC! I am already so excited to come back next year!
